This Spanish group was born under the shelter of Numancia archaeology site. For some years the group has been recreating different episodes of the Numantian Wars. This was a long confrontation between Roman troops and Celt Iberian tribes, a very unfortunate historical episode that ended up with the surrender and suicide of all besieged Numantian inhabitants in 133 BC.
The group gathers almost 70 members, children and adults, each one doing their job in a Celt Iberian village. Among their most popular demonstrations is the government of a city with the Assembly of the Old and the Young.
In the 2007 edition of Tarraco Viva Festival they performed a traditional Celt Iberian incineration burial and a warrior being killed in combat, his body being left exposed to be eaten by vultures.
