Berros de la Cort results from the merger of a group of people coming from different music companies, theatre and street shows who wish to research on and interpret medieval music using instruments of the period.
Since the group was born in 1993, they have been trying out different medieval music performances. Some of their music shows are:
- Music and legends of Medieval Europe
- The gibe of Kings nomination
- The wit of the Wizard
They take part in dozens of medieval markets throughout Catalonia (Montblanc, Hostalric, Castelló d'Empúries, Besalú, or Peratallada) and Spain (Bilbao, Alcalá de Henares and Córdoba), and they also perform at the well-known festival of Moors and Christians and other festive events.
Abroad, they have participated in Gent Medieval Re-enactment Fair (Belgium), in medieval concert of Pinhal Novos (Portugal) and in the well-known French medieval festivals of Mirepoix, Pézenas, Monflanquin or Souvigny, among others.
